hi there, my name is tara willey. it's nice to meet you. i'm a brooklyn-based artist and creative multi-hyphenate. i am a writer and artist who is largely inspired by the human experience and it’s communion with spirituality, nature, and whimsy. my love of mixed media (acrylic, ink, watercolor & textiles) charmingly melds with my aim for joy, intention, and service to be at the center of my creative work. in making art, writing my blog, or collaborating with other brands, i aim to explore life’s nuances by which a deeper, more soulful life can be known. through humor, heartbreak, and rose colored lenses, i hope to glorify what is most precious in life- both the brutal and the beautiful.

what had at first began as a passion-project-substack has grown into a rich world of community, creativity, and joy. i simply couldn't be more grateful.
